O3AbsModel.o3_absorption(t: ndarray, p: ndarray, f: ndarray, o3n: ndarray, amu: Optional[dict] = None) ndarray#

This function computes power absorption coeff (Np/km) in the atmosphere due to selcted lines of ozone (\(O_3\)).

Parameters:
  • t (np.ndarray) – Temperature (K)

  • p (np.ndarray) – Total pressure (mb)

  • f (np.ndarray) – Frequency (GHz)

  • o3n (np.ndarray) – Ozone number density (molecules/m^3)

Returns:

Ozone power absorption coeff. (Np/km)

Return type:

np.ndarray
