Initialize cloudy conditions parameters.
- Parameters:
cldh (numpy.ndarray) – Cloud base/top heights (km MSL)
denice (numpy.ndarray) – Ice density profile (\(g/m^3\)).
denliq (numpy.ndarray) – Liquid density profile (\(g/m^3\)).
